Visual Field Testing

1 C Users Shari Pictures visual field

A visual field test measures how much 'side' vision you have. Essentially lights are flashed on, and you have to press a button whenever you see the light. Your head is kept still and you have to place your chin on a chin rest. The lights are bright or dim at different stages of the test. Some of the flashes are purely to check you are concentrating.

Per the Center for Disease Control, face coverings will still be required in healthcare settings. Please be sure to wear a face covering or mask while in our office even if you are vaccinated.

We will continue to follow the Center for Disease Control because safety of our staff and patients is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.
